We recommend making sure your CV is up-to-date, highlighting your skills, experience, and any certifications or qualifications relevant to the roles you're interested in.

4. The Placement


Once you’ve completed your interview and the family or business has selected you for the role, we’ll help facilitate the next steps. If you're hired for a permanent role, you could be directly employed by the family. For temporary or contract positions, we’ll ensure you’re set up with the right contract terms and start date and Blossom No9 will be your employer.


  • Permanent Role: You are placed directly with the employer, and you will be their employee.
  • Temporary/Contract Role: If applicable, we’ll handle the administration (HR and payroll) on your behalf during the duration of your contract.


5. Ongoing Support


Even after placement, we continue to support you. If any issues arise, or if you need assistance, we’re here to help. Our priority is your success and satisfaction in your new role.
